At Generic Meds Australia, we offer high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for all of our clients. Therefore, our return and refund policy mainly outlines how we handle orders, shipping confirmation, return and refunds.
Confirmation of your order
Once your order is placed with Generic Meds Australia, customers will receive an email confirmation along with their order details. This confirms the request has been successfully received and is under process.

Confirmation of shipping
After the order is dispatched, you will also receive a shipping confirmation which will contain your tracking details, and in turn allow your monitor your package and let you stay updated with its delivery status.
PO Boxes and APO Addresses
We ship to most locations, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to the custom duties, taxes and important regulations depending upon your country. These charges are however the responsibility of customers to pay, and here Generic Meds Australia is not liable for the delay through customs clearance processes.

Orders that were lost and sent again
If your order gets lost in transit and does not reach you within the expected time frame, then please contact us. Our team will verify with the details, and then with Generic Meds Australia, you will be able to rearrange your product delivery and at no additional cost.
However, in some cases, if reshipping is not possible then we pay back the money.
Refunds and returns
There are some of the pharmaceutical products that carry a sensitive nature and therefore, we do not accept returns once the order is shipped. But there are some cases where the policy can work and are:
